Hummingbirds abound in the summer, and deer frequent the grasses and Sarvis berries up by the house on many mornings and evenings. There have been occasional visits by Moose, Elk, Antelope, and Cougar. Not to mention Raccoons!

 

The Barn is 24’ x 48’ with large loft area plus 12’ x 16’ office space attached, plus partially enclosed car-port & tractor bay attached, plus 2-car garage area w. remote powered door. Office has heated floor system complete,  main area has insulated slab with infloor tubing installed. This is truly a craft person’s dream.

 

The commute to Laramie – if you must – is an easy 32 miles into town proper. The commute to Centennial is about 2 miles by car and about a mile on foot.

 

This is rural mountain living at its best!
